TO CARE

How to Care for your

special Diamonds

Diamonds have no shelf-life. If properly cared for you can keep the same glimmer and sparkle you saw when you first purchased the diamond. With a non-abrasive jewellery cleaner most jewellery can be cleaned at home.Use a mild jewellery cleaning solution to clean diamonds and apply it with a soft bristle brush.Polish gold with a polishing jewellery towel for best results. The use of tissue or paper towels should be avoided, as these materials can cause scratches due to the fibers. You can clean the stones by gently wiping them with a damp cloth. They should be cleaned and restrained by your jeweller annually if used frequently. Utlrasonic cleaning is not recommended for many gemstones, because it is dangerous. Exposure to extreme temperatures, lotions, creams, fragrances, household chemicals and cleaning agents should be avoided. Always treat the diamonds sparingly by stopping the oils in the skin from directly contacting the diamond to retain their everlasting sparkle.
